Question 1:

Part (a): Create Dense Index on column BookID. Data file should be divided according to block size=2KB where 1KB is storing one record/data row. Index file block size should also be 2KB where 1KB is storing 1 index entry.  In last step, create pointers from Index file to Data file.

Part (b): Create Sparse Index on column BookID. Data file should be divided according to block size=2KB where 1KB is storing one record/data row. Index file block size should also be 2KB where 1KB is storing 1 index entry. In last step, create pointers from Index file to Data file.

Question 2:

Create Cluster Index on column BookTitle.

Note: Your solution should clearly show all steps of index creation.
